Hooray! We finally have a swing!!!! The whole project isn't done yet, but we now have a swing! I had to pull Cornelius into the house crying last night because he wasn't done swinging. If it wasn't for some thunder and lightning we would have been outside until mid-night!
Cornelius got to see Great Grandma this May. She and Aunt Lori spent the night at Grandpa & Grandma's house before heading to St. Louis for Michael's graduation. Congratulations Michael! Cornelius & Lindsey are "helping" Grandpa dig :-) Cornelius has been getting so inventive...
Today we went to Gymboree to celebrate Lindsey's 3rd Birthday with all of her friends. Cornelius had a blast running, jumping & climbing . . . all of the things he does best! He also loved following his big cousin Lindsey all around!
Thursday, Mommy & Cornelius took Daddy out for a picnic lunch. We were all surprised when we got to the park and Lindsey, Uncle Jon and Aunt Courtney were there having a picnic lunch too! Guess the weather was perfect for picnicing.
Each year Waterloo has a clean up day, so this is Uncle Trent's annual day to help us clean up our yard . . . that will teach him for buying a truck! Here again Cornelius is hard at work! Looks like he gets to play a little too! After all of that work, it is time to kick back for awhile. Here is our new friend . . . kitty . . . he lives in our carriage house . . . Here's the crew ....
Now that it is spring time again, the projects have started again at the Wells house! We always have great ideas, but now if the projects were as easy as the dreaming we would be in much better shape! It has been a while but I promise to catch you up! Cornelius continues to grow and amaze us everyday. Speaking of amaze, here are some of Cornelius's favorite words: amazing, no, please, excuse me (even after he burps . . . Aunt Abby are you taking notes?), no potty, luv you, welcome, birds, river, milk, shopping (maybe he spends to much time with Mommy). He talks and says so much now it is crazy. He also loves to sing.
