We had a blast today building a 6 foot tall snow fort!

It has been so much fun finally spending some time outside!  Hooray!

This has been the snowiest winter I can remember!

The good news about this snow is that it was a wet snow perfect for making snowmen!  We are also happy that it hasn’t been frigidly cold like it was earlier this winter.

Happy Valentine’s Day (a week early!)

On Saturday Cornelius and Daddy had a boys day out!  The went to the car show with Papa Steve.  After the car show they went to the “pirate place” (aka – Long John Silvers) for lunch.  It was a great day!

The car show had “Bumble Bee” the Transformer car.

They also had the bat-mobile, but Cornelius couldn’t understand why the car was there without Batman.

MOTORCYCLES!  This will be the reason mommy’s hair will turn gray . . . Cornelius has been able to spot a motorcycle from a mile away ever since they day we first held him in Guatemala!

Boy did it ever snow on Christmas!  We went out to shovel and play today, and the snow was deeper than I thought!

It’s the first snow day of the year!  Cornelius was a trooper and went outside to play and shovel!  Normally he shows his true heritage and runs inside under a blanket at the first sight of freezing temperatures!  Today he was all about playing!
